About Trundil

Trundil is operated by BEAV DIRECT LLC, a United States business. These terms explain how our online store works. You can contact us at info@beavdirect.com or through our contact form. We reply by email.

Your order

Please check the product, size, colour, quantity, delivery address and total before placing an order. Provide accurate contact and delivery information so we can process your order and contact you if a problem occurs. If you notice an error or need to request a change or cancellation, contact us promptly. We will check the order's status and explain the available options. Your cancellation rights under applicable law are not affected.

Product availability can change. If an item becomes unavailable or we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you and explain the options. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled items and any delivery charges that are no longer applicable.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Review the final order summary, including delivery charges and any taxes shown, before paying. Payment methods available for an order are displayed at checkout. Any promotion's stated conditions apply to that promotion.

Delivery

We currently ship to street addresses in Canada's ten provinces. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, Yukon, Northwest Territories or Nunavut. Please read our Shipping Policy for delivery charges, estimates, tracking and help with delivery problems. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

We source products from third-party suppliers and use warehouse and delivery partners to fulfil orders. Some orders travel from the United States to Canada. Our Shipping Policy explains how we help if you are charged duties, taxes or brokerage on delivery. These terms do not reduce that policy's reimbursement promise. Contact Trundil about an order or delivery problem; our use of a supplier, warehouse or carrier does not replace our responsibilities to you.

Returns, damaged items and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains our 30-day return policy, return conditions, return instructions, shipping costs, and help with damaged, defective or incorrect items. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct instructions and return address. Any voluntary return conditions are subject to your mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not limit remedies for goods that are faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or not delivered.

Choosing and using pet products

Check each product's stated dimensions, intended use and care instructions before ordering. Choose products suitable for your pet's size, behaviour and needs. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and any supervision or inspection guidance supplied with the product. Contact us if the description or suitability is unclear. This guidance does not remove your rights if a product is defective or does not match its description.

Privacy and Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information about your use of the store to operate its services and provide enhanced services, including features that help protect and improve stores, personalise experiences, provide analytics and support advertising. These enhanced services can use information from interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify.

Information you submit to our store is shared with Shopify and service providers, including third parties that may be located outside your country, to provide these services. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, submit fraudulent orders, or upload unlawful material. Product and brand names identify their respective owners. Buying a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in its branding or our website content.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or replaces rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws that apply to your purchase. If a term conflicts with those rights, those rights prevail. Our Privacy Policy governs how personal information is handled. The order-specific information you receive and our Shipping and Refund Policies continue to apply to your order; these terms do not withdraw a more specific customer promise.
